Philly. By a Landslide.
Sorry, but that old gear doesn’t even match their regular colors!!! Where’s the green???
At least Tampa’s throwback gear is consistent with the 70s and 80s….and doesn’t that look kinda like Doug Williams dropping back behind center???

Philly’s are pretty bad, eh? Tampa’s slay me…oh, the helmets…
I like the Philly’s one if it weren’t for the Eagles since it has nothing to do with the green/white colors I am use to. Tampa’s just sucks out-loud.
Definitely the Eagles’ outfit, it’s just bizarre. I don’t really have a problem with orange uniforms, though, perhaps because it’s associated in my mind with the Dutch soccer team and their brilliance and flair.

After further review, the bucs uniform is the worse of the two. Some retro uniforms are cool. Actually I like the old pats uniform better.
The bucs though, holy shit, those with the buccaneer guy on the helmet are awful.
